Return & Exchange Policy

Important Notice: Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene standards, Scentora Perfumes does not offer refunds. However, we provide a 7-day exchange policy if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

1. Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product packaging is defective
  • The product is unused and in original condition

2. Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Product has been used or sprayed excessively
  • Product is returned without original packaging
  • Exchange requested after 7 days of delivery
  • Damage caused after product delivery

3. Refund Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes, we do not provide refunds once an order is delivered. Only product exchanges are allowed in eligible cases mentioned above.

4. Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Clear images of the product
  • Description of the issue
