Return & Refund Policy

At Scentora Perfumes, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, we follow a strict return and exchange policy.
Important: Refunds are not available for perfume products. We offer a 7-day exchange policy only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
1. Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong product
- The product packaging was damaged during delivery
- The product remains unused and in its original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or used perfume bottles
- Products without original packaging
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
3. Refund Policy
Scentora Perfumes does not provide refunds for delivered products. If your order qualifies under our exchange policy, we will replace the product with the same item or an equivalent product depending on availability.
4. Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order with the following details:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the product
- Description of the issue
Once verified, our team will guide you through the exchange process.
5. Shipping for Exchanges
If the exchange request is approved due to a damaged or incorrect product, Scentora Perfumes will arrange the replacement process. Additional shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.
